When I’m not behind the lens, you can find me treasuring simple moments with family and friends—sharing meals and laughs (give me ALL the food... especially if its name starts with a "P" and ends with "ickles"), watching movies, and playing games.
My favorite hobby? Traveling and tasting local food wherever I go. One of my top bucket list items is visiting Pittsburgh in July for Picklesburgh—a pickle-themed festival that feels like it was made just for me.
In quieter moments, I’m curled up with a good book or chatting with my book club gals. When summer hits, you’ll usually find me camping and adventuring in the great outdoors with my family.
📸 My Journey into Photography
My photography journey began in college in Northern Idaho, where I took several photography electives while studying to become a teacher.
I spent over a decade teaching, where I found a deep love for littles and their families. Teaching shaped my heart—and my eye for connection and storytelling.
After having children of my own, I stepped away from the classroom to focus on my family. That’s when I picked up my camera again and realized that photography had always been part of my calling. Now, I offer family and lifestyle sessions, along with brand photography for small businesses that need imagery rooted in authenticity.
💻 why web design?
My path into web design began during my teaching years, when I built class websites to keep things organized, clear, and personal. Later, I created a website for my own small business, and then for friends and family—and I quickly fell in love with the creative process.
I realized how much I enjoyed not just making something look good, but making it feel like you. Now I offer thoughtful, custom web design for creatives, families, and brands who want an online presence that feels as real and warm as they are.
